Currently undergoing growth, we are seeking a Recruiter to join our team and become part of the family!

RESPONSIBILITIES

The hired individual will be responsible for various operational tasks related to the recruitment projects undertaken. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing various platforms and techniques to identify qualified candidates that match the specific requirements of mandates.
  • Conducting Boolean searches via the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
  • Analyzing and selecting qualified profiles.
  • Conducting in-depth recruitment interviews to assess technical skills and interpersonal competencies of candidates.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to the final job offer.
  • Developing and drafting tailored interview questionnaires and candidate reports.
  • Participating in client meetings.
  • Contributing to meetings and brainstorming sessions regarding recruitment strategies.
  • Updating client and candidate information in our internal ATS.
  • Conducting thorough follow-ups with candidates and clients.
  • Cultivating relationships with candidates and clients to create a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Working closely with team members.
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Using computer tools such as an ATS, virtual meeting platforms, job posting tools, etc.
  • Staying informed about labor market trends, salaries, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Attending HR events or other networking activities
  • Other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possession of or in the process of obtaining a university degree (human resources, industrial relations, marketing, administration, or other).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment field.
  • Ability to think outside the box and creativity.
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Initiative-taking and comfortable expressing opinions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Skilled communicator in both French and English (oral and written).
