With two production facilities spanning over 45,000 square feet, the company aims for exponential growth, with the goal of doubling its revenue in the coming years.

In the midst of rapid expansion and currently implementing a sales strategy across Canadian and American territories, our client is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts and assist the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Representative will be a crucial pillar in supporting the sales team, contributing to the achievement of common objectives. They will have the opportunity to initiate proactive actions and implement effective sales strategies, whether dealing with incoming leads or identifying potential new clients. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through follow-ups with incoming leads and outbound cold calls.
  • Analyze the market to identify potential new clients.
  • Probe the interests, needs, and satisfaction of target groups regarding the quality of the company’s products and services using virtual tools.
  • Share qualified opportunities with sales representatives for development and closure.
  • Prospect new clients, identify decision-makers, and create the need.
  • Maintain and develop the prospect database through CRM.
  • Participate in the entire sales cycle, up to the “CLOSING” stage.
  • Collaborate with sellers to build a pool of new prospects.
  • Conduct effective online demonstrations for prospects.
  • Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships with them.
  • Generate new sales from existing or new clients.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing initiatives and tactics to increase sales, visibility, and brand awareness through various channels (web, social media, traditional channels).
  • Collaborate and support sales and marketing teams in implementing sales activities and monitoring performance.
    • Track and analyze sales report data (CRM and dashboard).
    • Identify and explore competitive activities.
    • Create content and deploy it via social media, the website, newsletters, and campaigns to generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in commercial or industrial representation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an internal sales role.
  • Knowledge in the sale of heavy equipment or machinery.
  • Success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingual).
  • Mastery of sales strategies to conclude with clients.
  • Proactivity and initiative to contribute to goal achievement.
  • Resilience and perseverance.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a multichannel environment (social media, web, direct sales).
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team.
