EspaceTalent is a firm of dynamic experts in talent search looking to grow his team by adding a HR Database Coordinator that will embrace its model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will primarily be responsible for supporting the two partners by helping to build the firm’s business intelligence. You will feed our customer management systems (CRM) by integrating information about our customers, candidates and open positions, while taking care of it maintenance and optimization. You will therefore have to:

  • Fill and update our database, ensuring the integrity of the added information (customer files, candidate resumes, recruitment projects)
  • Use a variety of sources to find information on potential clients and candidates
  • Import and manage information from our searches
  • Implement changes and additions to the system with an objective of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate in finding avenues to enhance its usage
  • Support consultants in carrying out various mandates and spontaneous projects (search, recruitment, business development)

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • You will soon hold a bachelor’s degree and you want to gain experience in your field of study
  • You have an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Tech-oriented, you’re familiar with client management tools and the Microsoft suite
  • Dynamic in personality, you also define yourself by your professional and analytical approach
  • You like to share your good ideas and more so when we listen to them
  • You’re recognized for your autonomy and for taking initiatives
  • Attention to detail, rigor and sound time management are of utmost importance to you
  • You’re bilingual, written and spoken (French and English)
