PHARMACY SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SAGUENAY & CÔTE-NORD

Recognized as a key player in the Canadian paramedical products market, the company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of orthopedic products, compression stockings, incontinence supplies, and first aid items, primarily intended for pharmacies.

As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its presence in the North Shore of Quebec City, the Saguenay region, and the North Shore (Côte-Nord) by hiring a Pharmacy Sales Representative.
This new team member will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with pharmacies and other regional partners, while upholding the company’s core values of integrity, professionalism, and customer service that has built its solid reputation.
RESPONSABILITIES
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships within an established territory.
- Drive sales, business development, and high-quality after-sales service with pharmacies in the assigned territory;
- Conduct regular visits with existing and prospective clients according to established schedules;
- Manage orders, returns, and restocking processes with accuracy and efficiency;
- Provide ongoing training to pharmacy teams on the company’s various product lines;
- Actively participate in buying shows, promotional bulletins, seasonal campaigns, and pre-book activities;
- Identify growth opportunities and develop new accounts within the assigned territory;
- Maintain strong client relationships based on trust, consistency, and a customer-first approach;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional follow-up on client files;
- Prepare visit reports, sales updates, and follow-up documentation in line with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a similar role;
- Relevant field sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health products industry;
- Familiarity with the pharmacy network in Quebec (both chains and independents), more specifically in the North Shore of Quebec City, Saguenay, and Côte-Nord regions;
- Proven skills in business development and account management;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and professional presentation skills;
- Strong ability to organize territory, manage priorities, and work independently;
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, visit reporting software);
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory;
- Team player with initiative, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset;
- Ability to provide product training and clearly communicate technical benefits to a variety of audiences.
