With two production sites covering an area exceeding 45,000 square feet, the company is currently preparing for significant expansion. Their ambition is to achieve exponential growth, with the goal of doubling their revenue in the coming years.

In their pursuit, the company is looking to add a Marketing Manager who will play an essential role in the conception and implementation of marketing strategies. Their primary objective is to enhance visibility, accessibility, SEO, and support the company’s growth throughout North America. Key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Actively participate in the development and execution of marketing plans, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends by analyzing market data.
  • Assess the interests, needs, and satisfaction of target groups regarding products and services.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with relevant media outlets.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and advertising teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns and propose strategic options as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports.
  • Identify and study competitor activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the promotion of new products and services.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional materials (brochures, product catalogs, promotional items, etc.).
  • Generate and disseminate content across various platforms (social media, website, email newsletters, lead generation campaigns, etc.).
  • Support the planning and execution of events and media appearances.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and present post-campaign performance, reach, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall management of the company’s digital marketing, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and other projects.
  • Ensure regular updates to all customer databases.
  • Stay informed of marketing best practices and digital technology developments.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the responsibilities of the role.


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, administration, or a related field, or have at least 5  years of concrete marketing experience within an SME.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing marketing projects.
  • Strong time and priority management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using various technological tools (such as CRM).
