INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As part of its ambitious growth plan, our customer is also looking to increase its level of customer service and product expertise. To achieve this goal, the company is currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative. This role is based in Longueuil.
The Inside Sales Representative will be the point of contact for flagship products, with a clear mandate to develop new customers and ensure the visibility in the hospitality sector across Canada and the USA. This position reports directly to the Vice-President, Canadian Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully acquiring new clients;
- Searching and qualifying leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, and other tools);
- Conducting several virtual presentations to clients;
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential new clients;
- Understanding client needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements;
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of their flagship products and solutions;
- Negotiating terms and prices with clients to close deals;
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in their in-house CRM;
- Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for the flagship products;
- Staying updated on the latest features and benefits of the company’s products and solutions;
- Working closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally holding a university degree in business administration or equivalent working experience in a similar role;
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and representation (B2B);
- Relevant experience selling business solutions to the hotel industry;
- Demonstrable business prospecting and sales skills;
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding objectives;
- Excellent corporate presentation and negotiation skills;
- Skilled communicator, capable of popularizing technological and technical concepts;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to juggle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
- Natural leadership, strong sense of initiative and creativity;
- Perfectly bilingual, spoken and written;
- Available for travelling for business occasionally;
- Valid passport required.
