To support the company’s strategic development and rapid growth in Quebec and the rest of Canada, we are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER – NEW CLIENTS ACQUISITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Approach and acquire new business customers
  • Present the company entire service offering in a consultative sale environment
  • Present the company’s business model via virtual platforms (Team, Meets, Zoom, etc.)
  • Accompany the customer from start to finish, during virtual meetings on the various training programs offered
  • Know how to target the business needs of customer-prospects and create value
  • Create and adapt sales strategies to offer creative business solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and performance indicators, and sustain a consistent level of activity
  • Document all sales activities via CRM
  • Actively listen to the market to feed the future actions
  • Close sales when the time is right

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a business development role with companies (BtoB)
  • Proven skills in prospecting and selling to businesses. Hunter profile
  • Significant experience and contribution within a fast-growing organization
  • High sense of organization and priorities
  • Stimulated by challenges, performance and exceeding objectives
  • Structured, organized and autonomous
  • Solutions and results oriented, proactive, inquisitive and analytical
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in English and French
  • Experienced negotiator, convincing popularizer, able to influence and listen

  • An innate talent for closing sales
